By capturing your property throughout the day in different lighting and settings, it will be showcased in every scenario—ideal for showing off all that your property has to offer.

The images captured during these stays are designed to highlight the authentic, "lived-in" experience of your property. If you need dedicated interior shots for editorial or promotional purposes, in addition to the “lived-in” content, we'll schedule them from 9 AM onward—when natural light is optimal and the space remains undisturbed.

1-night Stay + Shoot Package:

• 1 hour sunrise photography

• 1 hour mid-morning photography

• 1 hour sunset photography

• 1 hour of astro-photography (if applicable. If not, other times of day will be captured - eg kids playing, couple poolside, drinking coffee etc).

• You will receive 30 images from my stay.

2-night Stay + Shoot Package:

• Up to 2 hours of sunrise photography

• Up to 2 hours mid-morning photography

• Up to 2 hours of sunset photography

• Up to 2 hours of astro-photography (if applicable. If not, other times of day will be captured - eg kids playing, couple poolside, drinking coffee etc).

• You will receive 50 images from my stay.

In return for hosting me, you'll also receive the following complimentary extras:

• All raw iPhone footage that you can use for your social media content.

• A feature Reel on my Instagram account @lauragrzelak__ after my stay.

• A feature Carousel Post on my Instagram account @lauragrzelak__ after my stay.

• Story features on my Instagram account @lauragrzelak__ during my stay.

• Article written on my website optimised for SEO + with backlinks.

Both package options include:

• One location

• Travel within Australia

• Photoshoot questionnaire

• Creative planning

• Editing/Post-Production

• File handling

• High res + web size files

• Option to purchase full suite of images

• Basic photography styling. Limited to the arrangement of existing decor, soft furnishings, or props provided by the owner, designer, or from our own curated collection. Any additional styling hours, including sourcing, plus any additional styling props required for the shoot (eg foliage, fruit, vases, linens, etc) will incur additional costs.

• Single Non-Exclusive Image Usage License for one business only, allowing the images to be used for marketing, PR, websites, and social media. Redistribution to other businesses is not permitted.

To calculate the cost, simply select a 1 or 2 night Stay & Shoot package and deduct your nightly rate from this amount.

• 1 -night Stay & Shoot Package = $1600 + GST

• 2-night Stay & Shoot Package = $3200 + GST

If there’s a significant difference in price, the remaining balance will be invoiced, and vice versa—if the value of your property exceeds the cost of your chosen package, I’ll pay the difference.
