• Basic photography styling. Limited to the arrangement of existing decor, soft furnishings, or props provided by the owner, designer, or from our own curated collection. Any additional styling hours, including sourcing, plus any additional styling props required for the shoot (eg foliage, fruit, vases, linens, etc) will incur additional costs.

• Single Non-Exclusive Image Usage License for one business only, allowing the images to be used for marketing, PR, websites, and social media. Redistribution to other businesses is not permitted.

• 20 images = $1450 + GST

Additional Images:

• For every additional image = $80 + GST

Priority Processing:

• For gallery deliveries within 5 days = $400 + GST

Coordinating individual photographers for every trade can be time-consuming and disruptive—not just for you, but for your clients as well. That’s why we offer a Cost Share option.

This allows you to split the cost of a shoot while maximising exposure by collaborating with trades and suppliers on your project. It’s a seamless and cost-effective way to capture high-quality images for multiple businesses in a single session.

How It Works:

• For each additional license, an extra 30% of the shoot price is charged per party.

• The new total cost is then evenly split between all parties.

• This approach reduces individual costs while increasing brand exposure.

• Each party receives a license for the same number of images included in the chosen package (e.g., 20 images for a half-day, 40 images for a full-day).

• Each party can individually select their preferred images.

Custom Cost Share Options: If a participating business only requires a small selection of images rather than the full package, a reduced licensing fee may apply, calculated based on the number of images selected. This ensures fair cost distribution while maintaining the benefits of a shared shoot.

This is an excellent way to collaborate with suppliers, trades, and brands while keeping costs down and ensuring that everyone benefits from professional imagery.

Please note: It is recommended that cost sharing be arranged prior to the shoot to ensure each trade is fairly represented in the images, however, this can be arranged after the shoot has taken place once a proof sheet has been produced. A single invoice will be issued to the business that initiated the enquiry. It is their responsibility to coordinate payment collection from all participating parties.
